Closed Deals

As a business broker over the years Billy has closed literally hundreds of taverns, bars, restaurants, and lottery transactions we are currently on over deal #3,500 in our files. In the 70's Billy sold bars and taverns based on how many kegs were sold, liquor licenses were only given out per capita so there were very few . In the 80's buyers became more aware of profit and loss statements then in the 90's when hard liquor licensing was available by application and video poker became a major factor the buyers wanted to know the poker net. We have the poker net from the state for over 7 years and can give buyers a accurate history of what the net is for a location. Here are are a fraction of our closed deals.
